Gilt Shore is a tip calculator and bill splitter built for anyone who has ever sat at a restaurant table doing mental math while everyone else waits.

You enter the bill amount, drag a slider to pick your tip percentage, and type in how many people are sharing the cost. The app instantly shows the tip amount, the total, and each person's exact share. No guessing, no rounding confusion.

The interface is clean and focused. The tip slider gives you a tactile, real-time feel as you adjust the percentage, and every number updates immediately. Whether you're splitting evenly among two people or sorting out a large group dinner, the numbers are always visible and easy to read.

There is no account to create, no data sent anywhere, and nothing stored beyond your device. The app works entirely offline.

A short onboarding walk-through runs on first launch to show you the main features. After that it stays out of your way. Settings let you choose your preferred date format and pick which tab opens by default when you launch the app. If you want to see the onboarding again, you can reset it from settings.
